Induction sealing system

Operation of the induction machine head or coil:

This part of the machine is the one that transmits the magnetic field and can be of two types: flat coil or tunnel coil. The tunnel coil has the advantage of placing the bottle in the centre and often has a deeper and more uniform field around the lid. This makes it particularly suitable in closures where the induction seal liner is located deep inside, such as sports and child-resistant beverage lids. Flat coils are more universal and suitable for use in filling machines using different cap sizes.

So it is important to correctly set the power of the heat sealant, the distance between the lid and the sealing head, and the speed of the conveyor belt.
